Returns

1. Return Period: You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the jewelry is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to submit a return request. We will then provide you with all necessary information and instructions for returning your items.

3. Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

4. Refund: After we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund the purchase price of the items to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that any shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions: Custom-made jewelry or items personalized at the customer's request are excluded from returns, unless they have defects or manufacturing flaws.

6. Damaged or Defective Items: Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange a return and refund.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy or are not received within the specified timeframe.
